Terms & Conditions Mayora4D – Platform Guidelines for Malaysian Players

1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User", "Member") and Mayora4D ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the Mayora4D platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Mayora4D platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Mayora4D platform immediately.

Mayora4D reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Your continued use of Mayora4D following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use Mayora4D's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration – no exceptions will be made.
• Having a valid and active Malaysian phone number for account verification purposes.
• Have never had a Mayora4D account previously closed or suspended due to a terms violation.
• Not on a self-exclusion list that you have personally activated or that has been imposed by Mayora4D.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or at the direction of any third party.
• Depositing funds from legitimate sources and not from proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Mayora4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal of winnings above a certain amount. Documents that may be requested include a valid copy of your MyKad or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Account Registration & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) Mayora4D account active at any one time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's, another person's, or using false information — is a serious breach of our terms.

During registration, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, and date of birth.
• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Keeping your account information up to date whenever there are changes.
• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing account access with any other party.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, including any bets or transactions made by any party who gains access to it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the Mayora4D support team immediately via live chat.

Mayora4D secures user accounts with 256-bit SSL encryption and an advanced verification system. That said, account security also depends on your own actions — avoid logging in to your Mayora4D account over unsecured public Wi-Fi, and do not save your password in a browser on a shared device.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on Mayora4D are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods are as follows:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Internet Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all Malaysian banks participating in the FPX network

Deposit and withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per request
• Mayora4D does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals

Deposits are processed automatically in under 60 seconds once confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawals to e-wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes, while bank transfers via DuitNow may take up to one hour during normal banking hours.

Mayora4D reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawal requests for purposes of legal compliance, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity. In such cases, we will contact the user within 24 hours to explain the next steps.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

Mayora4D offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins on slots, and special promotions during Malaysian festive seasons. All offers are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page.

General terms that apply to all Mayora4D bonuses and promotions:

1. All bonuses are subject to rollover (turnover) requirements that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
2. Bonuses may only be used for playing on Mayora4D and cannot be transferred, directly converted to cash, or passed to another user.

6Game Rules & Betting

All games available on Mayora4D – including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, roulette, and fish shooting – are operated in accordance with the specific rules set by the respective game providers and Mayora4D.

For Sports Betting:

• All bets that have been accepted and confirmed are final – placed bets cannot be cancelled except in specific technical circumstances as determined by Mayora4D.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate winnings, except in the case of an obvious technical error.
• Bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed by more than 12 hours, or not completed in accordance with the official rules of the relevant sport will be refunded to the user.
• The Cash Out feature allows users to settle a bet before an event concludes — the cash out value is calculated by the system at the time the request is made and may be lower or higher than the original stake.

For Live Casino and slots games:

• All game results are final once a round is completed.
• The RTP (Return to Player) displayed is a long-term average value verified by independent auditing bodies – it is not a guarantee of results in any individual gaming session.
• Internet connection disruptions during gameplay do not entitle users to any claim for reimbursement, unless the failure is on Mayora4D's server side and can be verified through system logs.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mayora4D platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all accumulated balances:

• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, or to use automation software, bots, or artificial intelligence for betting purposes without Mayora4D's authorisation.
• Money laundering: Using the Mayora4D platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Unauthorised bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, false information, or other means to claim bonuses repeatedly in an unauthorised manner.
• Unlawful collaboration: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to unfairly harm Mayora4D and other players.
• Use of false information: Registering using another person's identity, false information, or falsified documents.
• Hacking attempts: Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system loopholes for unauthorised gain.

8Account Termination & Suspension

Mayora4D reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms in this document or any other Mayora4D policy.
• Suspicious activity or any conduct giving reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or prohibited behaviour.
• Users found to be under 18 years of age or with inaccurate registration information.
• Self-exclusion requests initiated by the user through our responsible gaming programme.
• The user is on a self-exclusion list or exclusion register recognised by Mayora4D.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Mayora4D support team via live chat. Any valid balance in an account closed at the user's own request will be returned within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the necessary checks.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, Mayora4D is under no obligation to return any balance in that account, including deposited funds, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Mayora4D provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Mayora4D shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from disruptions, technical failures, or temporary unavailability of the platform that are beyond Mayora4D's reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
• Losses arising from the use of the platform by a third party who gains access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• The accuracy or completeness of statistical information, odds, or match data displayed on the platform.

However, this limitation of liability does not affect users' rights under applicable Malaysian consumer law. Should Mayora4D be found liable for any claim, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Mayora4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The latest version of the Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, Mayora4D will endeavour to notify users via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the Mayora4D platform after any amendment is published constitutes the user's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any valid remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the Mayora4D platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. Should negotiation fail to produce a resolution, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed dispute resolution forum.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the Terms, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
